A Consultation with a Counsellor is your first, one-off session in which you can discuss your problems and your situation through with a counsellor.

After attending the consultation you may decide to come for Ongoing Counselling, a series of counselling sessions to help you work through your difficulties and concerns.

Sex Therapy is available for couples where the relationship is good but there is a specific sexual problem.

Family Counselling focuses on the whole family system and its functioning. 

We also offer Life Skills Education and Training.

With all our services we try to offer a consultation within 2-10 days of initial contact.
